Happy Monday! My new post for Candidly Christian is up, but I have had a lot of new subscribers lately, so wanted to share a little bit about myself with you all.
My name is Jess, and coffee, chocolate, and pink roses are my love languages. Now since we have covered that, let’s get to the really important things.
If you ever want to feel like a fraud, write a blog. Seriously. More times than not, I feel inadequate in the things that I share, because so many times I feel my faith, and trust in Jesus isn’t strong enough to put out there for the world wide web to read.
But here I am. A follower of Jesus, a daughter of the King, a sister, a wife, a mother, a friend. I grew up in Norwalk, CT, where I still reside with my family. All kidding from above aside, my love languages are quality time, and words of encouragement (although let’s be real…I do love my coffee, chocolate, and pink roses).
I created this space in the Fall of 2015 when my husband encouraged me to begin blogging. It is my hope to encourage you in your walk with Christ and to share what I have learned along the path of following Him. It is my desire that you feel right at home here as I invite you into what goes on in my heart. Along with my weekly posts here, you can find me contributing monthly to Candidly Christian.
I hope that you will join me here every week, as I share with you my walk of faith.
